The exclusive eID technology provides product traceability right from the production stage.
The eID code, linked to the serial number, is assigned to the product once the quality checks have been completed, and to the country/market of destination at the time of shipment.
Thanks to eID technology, the user can check the technical, production and logistic information of the product by simply scanning the code and proceed with the registration of the product to enjoy an additional year of warranty (in countries where there is an agreement with the distributor).
